The building is a Post War property with multiple storeys and standard height ceilings. We developed a solution that utilises the existing walls to anchor the new structural framework.

Regal Eagle was asked by the client to inspection large cracks that appeared all over the building structure. Our job was to distinguish the seriousness of each visible crack from the not so serious surface cracks that appeared on the walls and ceilings.
