Appleby Close, IpwichRegal Eagle had been commissioned by Mr Scordis the owner of the property to design a structural solution that would prevent the building from collapse when a pair of internal walls are removed. The building is a Post War property with multiple storeys and standard height ceilings. We developed a solution that utilises the existing walls to anchor the new structural framework.
