Appleby Close, IpwichRegal Eagle had been commissioned by Mr Scordis the owner of the property to design a structural solution that would prevent the building from collapse when a pair of internal walls are removed. The building is a Post War property with multiple storeys and standard height ceilings. We developed a solution that utilises the existing walls to anchor the new structural framework.

Regal Eagle’s role in this project was to take accurate measurement of the commercial building on Plumstead High Street. Then we had to produce technical floor layout drawings for our client to form part of the leasing document for prospective leaseholds when the property goes to the market.
