The residents at a property in Sudbury, wanted Regal Eagle to inspect their bathroom to ascertain if it is possible with the current structural configuration of the floor, if a new cast iron bathtub can be loaded into that area of the house safety and continuously.

King’s Crescent

Regal Eagle had been commissioned by the owner of the property to design a structural solution that would prevent the building from collapse when a pair of internal walls are removed. The building is a Victorian property will multiple storey and traditional tall ceilings. We developed a solution that utilises the existing walls to anchor the new structural framework.

Bath Road
