About: EngInC a Regal Eagle subsidiary which is an abbreviation of Engineering Infrastructure, will own and operate a choice development in the epicentre of the tumultuous city of Lagos. It will develop a selection of 3 and 4 bedroom adjoined houses with modern and advanced living in mind. It is a 10 house development split with 50 percent of each house variation, complete with basic decentralised utility services.

Taking into consideration increasing environmental concerns our goal for this project was to reduce the amount of resources it took to build a single house. Concrete is a overuse construction material in Africa, particularly in Nigeria for residential construction, which we believe is unnecessary. So we look for other methods of construction which would reduce the cost of construction and make living is respectable housing a reality for more people.

Each property comes with a living room, dining room, kitchen, with a 75 sqm rear area for relaxation. From the ground floor upwards there are a series of room including the bedrooms and bathrooms. 

As well as providing a function approach to everyday living, we design for the future. That why we specify large windows to lighten up more areas in the home.
