Passive Fire Protection

The Building Regulation 2010 Part B deals specifically with fire safety in building structures. The legislation provides laws on how to preserve life and prevent the spread of fire to extend the life of a building. We provide robust and compliant solutions in the form of Fire Doors, Fire Stopping and Compartmentation. We install our fire doors to Warrington Fire standards.

At Regal Eagle, we have half a decade of experience installing Passive Fire Protection Solutions. We have worked for various different clients all with different specifications and needs. High-risk industrial water supply plants to apartments on Sloane Square. We have also done work for a number of property managers, building managers and councils in London and outside of London. 

In 2021 we got a contract to install 110 FD60S and FD30S on the Grahame Park in North London. We installed these doors to BMTrada Specifications and also provided a compliant solution for the many services that ran through the partition above the door. In 2022 and 2023 we have had many more contracts providing Fire Doors, Fire Stopping and Compartmentation solutions to care homes, HMO’s and residential properties. Most recently in 2024, we have been installing a lot of FD30s’ for Southern Housing.
