Regal Eagle had been commissioned by Mr Scordis the owner of the property to design a structural solution that would prevent the building from collapse when a pair of internal walls are removed. The building is a Post War property with multiple storeys and standard height ceilings. We developed a solution that utilises the existing walls to anchor the new structural framework.

Role and Responsibilities
This role is best suited for an individual with a background in architectural design and development, particularly within the United Kingdom. This role requires continuous development of a individuals analytical and spatial abilities. A successful individual would be able to work with good pace and accuracy in developing architectural concepts, drawings and be skilled with the operation of design software. The selected individual would need to have a firm understand and respect for company procedures.
Some of the duties that this role involves are:
· Defining the scope of work for architectural projects.
· Periodically reviewing the performance of your project workload.
· Maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
· Keeping yourself informed of company changes to services and development.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A Bachelor’s of Art in Architecture or equivalent.
A MArch in Architecture, willing to consider candidates with degree in progress.
Professional Registration required
Registration with the Royal Institute of British Architects.
A minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in a multi-discipline, consulting engineering environment
Preferred Skills
Demonstrating increased levels of responsibility managing staff, projects and clients.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly, juggle multiple tasks, communicate in a clear and concise manner, and provide effective leadership.
Must be comfortable making group presentations to various audiences.

This role is best suited for an individual with an extensive background in computer aided design and drafting. The role would require an individual with advanced spatial awareness with the ability to draw using up-to-date 2D and 3D drafting software. The more capable and comfortable the individual is with the array of software the industry has to offer the better suited an individual is for the role they will be executing. Travelling to sites may be necessary. As this role requires continuous networking with our team of engineers, professionals in clear and concise manner. Communication between both parties is a must as errors can translated into the misrepresentation of drawings.
Some of the duties that this role involves are:
· Drafting in 2D and 3D accurately.
· Communicating engineering sketches into professional drawings.
· Maintaining a positive relationship with all members of staff.
· Keeping up-to-date with new developments in CAD.
· Assisting other member with the BIM Consulting and Civil-Structures Department.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A minimum of 5 GCSE's and with college related engineering qualifications or equivalent.
A CAD specific certificate or equivalent.
Professional Registration required
Affiliations with the Institution of Structural/Civil Engineers.
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a similar, or junior role.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrating increased levels of responsibility managing junior staff within your department.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly, juggle multiple tasks, communicate in a clear and concise manner.
